Heavenly Coffee House

The Heavenly Coffee House is up and running and continues to expand its menu!

We are now brewing Greek coffee and frappes and carry a variety of Greek items like filo dough, spanakopita, tyropita, rice pudding, Kalamata olives, and feta cheese. The café is also featuring artisan breads baked by “Mediterra Bake House,” a Greek-owned business that is donating all the proceeds of bread sales to Assumption. At Mediterra, they bake artisan breads using traditional French methods. Instead of commercial yeast, Mediterra bread relies solely on natural sourdough starters called levain, which allow them to achieve their rise, distinct sourdough tang, and nourishing, nutritional value.

The Heavenly Coffee House is open Monday through Thursdays, 8 am to 1 pm, and on Fridays until noon. Every Sunday it is open following liturgy!
